  • Business Profile: Business name, address, category, and bank details for invoice branding.
  • Transaction Data: Records of sales, purchases, expenses, and debts you input into the system.
  • User Information: Phone numbers, email addresses, and staff role assignments.
  • Device Data: FCM tokens for push notifications and device-specific identifiers for security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

  • To maintain your business ledger and inventory records.
  • To generate automated financial reports (Cash Book, Profit/Loss, etc.).
  • To brand and deliver professional invoices to your customers.
  • To send bookkeeping reminders via push notifications.
  • To prevent fraud and ensure database integrity.

3. Data Security & Integrity

Data integrity is our highest operating principle. Every financial transaction is processed within a database lock (Atomic Transactions) to ensure accuracy. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using bank-level security protocols.

4. Staff Privacy & Access Control

Naira Flow is built with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Staff members assigned to your business can never see your cost prices, profit margins, or high-level financial aggregates. They are restricted to recording sales and managing inventory as per your configuration.

5. Data Retention

We retain your business data as long as your account is active. In the event of account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our production databases within 30 days, subject to legal backup requirements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or export your business data at any time. You can also request the deletion of your account and all associated data through the support channel.
