By accessing or using the Naira Flow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Service Description

Naira Flow is a bookkeeping and inventory management platform designed for Nigerian businesses. Our services include sales/purchase tracking, automated debt management, invoicing, and financial reporting.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use Naira Flow only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:

• Input fraudulent transaction data.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform.
• Use the platform to store or transmit malicious software.
• Attempt to bypass our security mechanisms or access-control layers (Staff Privacy).

4. Data Accuracy & Responsibility

While Naira Flow provides tools for institutional accuracy, the ultimate responsibility for the data entered into the system lies with the Business Owner. We are not responsible for financial discrepancies arising from incorrect manual entries or "Adjust Stock" corrections.

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of Naira Flow are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Nigerian law.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or if your usage poses a security risk to the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naira Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits or business data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
